The last picture is of Chris Mcdowell, the owner of W R Snead Paint Co. I am the son of the founder of W R Snead Paint Co. and continued the business after my father’s retirement in 1984. My father started the business in 1950. I owned and ran the day to day operations until Feb. 2009 when I retired and sold the business to Chris. He has done a great job on the Buckingham County School. Hats off to Chris for his involvement. Bill Snead
